PHIL HASSALL
Director
Phil has worked within the financial services industry on the Isle of Man for over 30 years. Having held various compliance roles within the banking, insurance and corporate service sectors during this time, he has gained significant experience and a breadth of knowledge of the sector.
Joining Sentient International in 2011 as Compliance Manager, Phil was later promoted to Compliance Director in March 2020 and became was responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the Company’s compliance function, the development and implementation of internal AML/CFT policies and procedures, and served as MLRO for the business. At the same time he was appointed to the Board of Sentient International Limited both in the Isle of Man and Malta.
Following a distinguished career, Phil retired from his Compliance Director role at Sentient International but continues to serve the business as a Director on the Board in the Isle of Man as well as a Director in Malta.
