ROBERTA MALLIA
Managing Director (Malta)
As Managing Director in Malta, Roberta oversees the management of our Malta office, heading up our Client Services team to ensure the efficient and effective administration of our clients and their entities.
With over two decades of experience in Malta’s financial services sector, Roberta possesses extensive knowledge of corporate governance, administration, compliance, and accountancy.
She also has extensive experience in the management and administration of yacht-owning entities, including vessel registration, the EU importation process, and crew employment and payroll.
Prior to joining Sentient International, Roberta worked for a number of local corporate service providers in a variety of corporate administration and compliance roles. During this time, she managed, administered and reviewed portfolios of high-net-worth clients, many with entities involved in the gaming or yachting sector.
Roberta holds a Diploma in Management Studies with the University of Malta, and completed a Company Law Course in 2017 with The Institute of Legal Studies.
