Based in our Malta office, Roberta provides key administrative support to clients and their entities, undertaking various tasks including but not limited to statutory administration, bookkeeping, banking and crew employment and payroll services.
Having worked within the financial services sector in Malta since 2002, Roberta has significant knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and administration, compliance and accountancy.
Prior to joining Sentient International, Roberta worked for a number of local corporate service providers in a variety of corporate administration and compliance roles. During this time she managed, administered and reviewed portfolios of high-net-worth clients, many with entities involved in the gaming or yachting sector.
Roberta holds a Diploma in Secretarial Certificate with MCAST, Diploma in Management Studies with the University of Malta, and completed a Company Law Course in 2017 with The Institute of Legal Studies.
