As Head of Marketing, Lesley is responsible for the development and implementation of the Sentient Group’s marketing and business development strategy.
Lesley has over 10 years’ marketing experience within the financial services sector, more recently with a heavy focus on the luxury asset markets including yachting, aviation and real estate.
During her professional marketing career, Lesley has created a number of brand identities, most of which the respective companies are still recognised for today. She has also successfully planned and coordinated a number of re-brands, created and developed various websites and produced and implemented a full range of marketing collateral for each respective business.
Lesley has a comprehensive understanding of a range of marketing principles and practices, including brand development, digital and social media marketing, public relations, advertising and event management.
Prior to joining Sentient International Limited, Lesley held responsibility for the marketing functions of three other international trust and corporate service providers; the latter two roles in particular involving the establishment, development and growth of the marketing function within those businesses, from nothing.
She was also responsible for profiling each brand to relevant target markets and industry sectors and was successful in doing so using an assortment of both traditional and modern marketing methods and channels.
In addition to her full time role, she is currently the Secretary and Marketing Officer for the Isle of Man SuperYacht Forum, Secretary of Isle of Man Maritime and a volunteer in the Isle of Man for Breast Cancer Now.
Lesley is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with whom she has completed the Professional Certificate and Professional Diploma in Marketing. She also holds a Bachelor of Honours degree in Journalism and Management.
