We are pleased to announce that our Maltese operation has been granted its Corporate Services license by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Sentient International Limited (company no. C89239) can now offer corporate services under the Company Services Providers Act, 2013, expanding our offering in Malta to complement and mirror that of our other offices in the Isle of Man and Hong Kong.
The new license forms part of our group’s ongoing strategy to grow and expand the business as well as our service propositions. Over the last 18 months, Sentient International has gone from strength to strength – from a full management buyout, complete re-brand, the establishment of two new offices (Malta and Hong Kong) and the granting of two additional licenses, the business has come a long way since its inception in 1985.
