(Mid – Senior Level)

Location: Douglas, Isle of Man

Looking for your next step in company and trust administration – somewhere that will actually invest in where you go next? Sentient International is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Administrators and Senior Administrators to join our Client Services team in Douglas.

The role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring they meet their statutory requirements, while building genuine relationships with clients and their advisors. For those with the right experience, there’s real scope to specialise in more complex work, including the administration of luxury asset structures such as superyachts, aircraft, and helicopters.

Core responsibilities:

• Establishing and administering client structures including companies, trusts, partnerships and other entities
• Administration of complex client structures holding luxury assets such as superyachts, aircraft, and helicopters, including vessel and aircraft registration
• Statutory administration including filings and the preparation of minutes and resolutions
• Ownership of a portfolio of client entities
• Building and maintaining client relationships, including meetings, calls, and regular updates
• Managing client transactions and the preparation and/or reviewing of agreements and contracts
• Liaising with relevant authorities on behalf of clients, including VAT authorities, ship and aircraft registries, company registries, banks, and fiscal agents in other jurisdictions
• Willingness to travel as the business may require

Senior Administrator roles also carry additional responsibility for our more technically complex client portfolios and officer appointments on client entities.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the TCSP industry within the Isle of Man or a similar jurisdiction
• Familiarity with company law, trust law, and the regulatory framework
• A good understanding of AML and CFT legislation and requirements
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence working across departments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a passion for doing things properly
• Willingness to embrace our supportive, personality-driven culture

Experience requirements are flexible depending on the level you are applying for – from those with a couple of years under their belt through to seasoned professionals with 3+ years’ CSP/TSP experience.
