Sentient is hiring… Junior Trust & Company Administrator Isle of Man

Location: Douglas, Isle of Man

The role

You’ll join our Client Services team and start learning the ropes of company and trust administration – real client work from day one, with someone experienced showing you how it’s done every step of the way.

It’s varied, it’s hands-on, and there’s always someone to ask if you’re not sure.

You’ll be involved in things like:

• Helping set up and maintain company and trust structures for clients
• Preparing and maintaining company and trust records and documentation
• Preparing minutes and resolutions
• Preparing and filing statutory returns
• Working with our Compliance team on client due diligence
• Talking to clients and answering their queries
• Getting stuck into general office and admin tasks as part of the team

What we’re looking for

You don’t need a background in finance or law – we’re far more interested in your attitude and potential than your CV.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is organised and good at managing their time
• Pays close attention to detail and gets things right
• Communicates clearly, in writing and in person
• Is keen to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Works well with others and pulls their weight as part of a team

No previous industry experience is required – full training and ongoing support is built into the role from day one.

Minimum 5 GCSEs of Grade C or above.
