Based in our Malta office, Charlene is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their structures, ensuring that their entities are compliant and administered effectively and that our clients’ needs are met with utmost care and efficiency. She also provides administrative support to the Directors in Malta, making her a valuable addition from an operational perspective as well as client services.
Prior to joining Sentient International, Charlene worked in a variety of positions across a range of industries. She spent a number of years in PA roles to senior management of some local businesses in Malta before joining a leading shipping company where she was a Manager of their Groupage Importation team. She also ventured into entrepreneurship, running her own business for 7 years. These varied roles enabled her to hone in on her communication and client relations skills as well as her leadership and problem-solving abilities; skills that serve her well in her current role.
