Client Services Manager
As Client Services Manager, Alexandra is responsible for managing the Client Services team and overseeing the delivery of a consistently high standard of service across Sentient International’s global client base. She plays a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring that client needs are met professionally, precisely and in line with both Isle of Man and international regulatory standards.
Alexandra brings significant experience within the yachting and luxury asset space, having previously worked within a yacht management firm as well as specialist marine and aviation teams at other Isle of Man trust and corporate service providers. During this time, she acted as a primary liaison for yacht owners, captains and professional advisers, supporting ownership and operating structures, registration, chartering and wider operational matters. This hands-on industry background enables Alexandra to bridge technical structuring with the practical realities of yacht ownership — a perspective highly valued by clients and intermediaries alike.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, the Yacht Owner’s Representative Programme (YORP) and is in the process of completing a Diploma in Superyacht Management.
Alexandra is recognised for her client-centred approach and her commitment to delivering a seamless, high-quality service experience, and her academic credentials, combined with her practical experience, allow her to contribute effectively to the ongoing success of Sentient International and the clients it serves.
