In order to recognise and reward our teams for their commitment and contribution to our business throughout the year, we closed our offices on Friday 1st December to enable our staff to come together for a pre-Christmas gathering with their fellow colleagues.
Milan is a city renowned for its cultural richness and vibrant atmosphere, so it served as the perfect backdrop for Team Sentient to connect outside of their traditional office setting.
The itinerary was intentionally kept informal, focusing on shared experiences and leisure activities that encouraged interaction and camaraderie.
Whilst it was back to the grindstone on Monday, everyone had a great time and there was definitely a renewed sense of team spirit and a deeper appreciation for the diverse personalities that make up our team.
