We are delighted to announce that our newly established Asia operation, has been granted its Trust or Company Services Provider (TCSP) License in Hong Kong.
Following a full management buy-out of the business in the Isle of Man earlier this year by Group Managing Director, Paul Murtagh, our expansion plans have gone from strength to strength.
Not only did we change our company name, we underwent a full re-brand to better reflect what the company has become as a business since its inception in 1985 and to celebrate the company’s expanded capabilities and to provide a clear pointer to its direction of travel, its forward thinking and aspirational culture.
This has been further illustrated by the establishment of two additional offices in addition to our headquarters in the Isle of Man; a European operation based in Malta and an Asia operation in Hong Kong.
Sentient International Limited, registered in Hong Kong, No. 2740147, has been formally granted its licence under Hong Kong’s new TCSP licensing regime having satisfied its ‘fit and proper’ test and statutory customer due diligence and record-keeping requirements as set out in Schedule 2 to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615); which allows for the company to provide trust or company services as a business in Hong Kong.
