STEPHEN BARRITT

ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR / CLIENT SERVICES

Working closely with the Compliance Department, Stephen helps to ensure that Sentient as a licenceholder and all of its clients’ entities continue to remain compliant. He also provides vital administrative support in respect of the on-boarding of new business and its seamless transfer to the Client Services team for ongoing management and administration.

Prior to joining Sentient International, Stephen held various customer facing office administration and management roles, most recently spending 12 years within the Telecommunications industry. His responsibilities included Office Operational Management, Recruitment, Human Resources and Project Management, all of which required him to work efficiently and well under pressure whilst maintaining a high quality of service and trust, a strong eye for attention to detail and adherence to procedures and processes.

Stephen studied at the Isle of Man College where he gained a Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma in Business & Finance. He also holds a ABTAC Level I and II in Travel and Tourism and is currently studying for the Level 5 Diploma in HR Practice.
