We are currently seeking a MARINE & AVIATION EXECUTIVE to join us in our Isle of Man office.
The successful candidate will join our team in the Isle of Man where they will be responsible for the administration and management of a varied portfolio of corporate ownership structures for high net worth owners of superyachts, aircraft and helicopters in order to support our growing client base within the yachting and aviation sectors.
Working with our clients and intermediaries in two of the most interesting and fast moving sectors, you will be expected to liaise with clients and their advisors as required and will be responsible for undertaking a variety of associated company and client administration including, but not limited to: the coordination of yacht registrations and aircraft registrations; maintenance of accurate and up to date records for all of our vessels and aircraft under management; assisting clients with the importation of assets; VAT registrations; arranging of the review and approval of sale and purchase agreements, chartering contracts etc.; liaising with relevant authorities and organisations for effective and efficient management of client structures, including local VAT authorities, ship registries, aircraft registries, company registries and banks.
With the assistance of our dynamic team, you will also be expected to develop and expand the business through sustained growth, primarily through the introduction of new clients in these sectors. This may require you to travel as and where the business requires.
The ideal candidate will be keen to learn and have a continued interest in self-development with a desire to build a professional career. They should have experience in the corporate and trust sector and experience within the yachting & aviation industry.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a professional and positive approach to their work, be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff alike, have excellent customer service and people skills, have good time management, diligent attention to detail and work well as part of a team.
