We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our Client Services team in Malta.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a varied portfolio of corporate structures, including those of high net worth owners of superyachts, aircraft and helicopters in order to support our growing client base within the yachting and aviation industries. You will be expected to liaise with clients and their advisors as required and will be responsible for undertaking a variety of associated company and client administration.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Corporate Services industry in Malta
- in-depth knowledge of companies and their statutory requirements
- good all round knowledge of appropriate legislation, regulation and industry best practice
- experience in using Viewpoint
- understanding of AML and CFT legislation and requirements
- experience within the yachting and aviation industry
- the ability to travel
The successful candidate must also have strong organisational and time management skills, a professional and positive approach to their work, be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff alike, have excellent customer service and people skills, diligent attention to detail and work well as part of a team.
