We are currently looking for a COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR to join our expanding team in the Isle of Man.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Director in the monitoring of clients and their entities through the undertaking of regular client reviews, ensuring that files are maintained completely and remain up to date. Ongoing risk reviews of all client entities will also be required.
Working with the Compliance Director, you will ensure that the company’s internal operational/compliance policies are in line and fully compliant with relevant up to date regulatory requirements and will assist with ongoing and ad hoc projects.
You will have:
• experience working in the CSP industry
• in-depth knowledge of the appropriate legislation, regulation and industry best practice;
• a comprehensive understanding of AML and CFT legislation and requirements; and
• good knowledge of companies and their statutory requirements.
Knowledge of trusts and other jurisdictions would also be beneficial and experience of using Viewpoint advantageous.
