We are currently seeking a CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE to join us in our Malta office.

The successful candidate will become a member of our team in Malta where they will be responsible for the administration and management of a varied portfolio of corporate structures for high net worth individuals and corporates clients to support our growing client base across a number of industry sectors including Aviation, Yachting, Fintech and Property.

You will be expected to liaise with Clients and their advisors as required and will be responsible for undertaking general company and client administration for the efficient and effective management of those client structures, including statutory, company secretarial, regulatory and compliance.

You will also be required to undertake more specific industry related administration tasks including, but not limited to: the coordination of yacht registrations and aircraft registrations; maintenance of accurate and up to date records for vessels and aircraft under management; assisting clients with importations; VAT registrations; arranging of the review and approval of sale and purchase agreements, chartering contracts etc.; liaising with relevant authorities and organisations for effective and efficient management of client structures, including local VAT authorities, ship registries, aircraft registries, company registries and banks.

The successful candidate will be keen to learn and have a continued interest in self-development with a desire to build a professional career. Experience in the corporate and trust sector and/or yachting & aviation industry is desirable but is not a necessity.

The successful candidate must however, have strong organisational skills, a professional and positive approach to their work, be able to communicate effectively with clients and staff alike, have excellent customer service and people skills, have good time management, diligent attention to detail and work well as part of a team.
